SERVICE DESCRIPTION
-
The Website provides access to the Services offered by the Company, including visual design, 3D rendering, 3D interactive visualisation and related services. The Services are custom-made and tailored to the Customer’s individual requirements.
-
The Service Provider offers various service packages and budget-based options, which are displayed on the Website. For budget-based orders, the Customer selects a budget and describes their requirements. The Service Provider will perform the Services within the scope reasonably achievable for the selected budget. If the requested work cannot be completed within that budget, the Service Provider will contact the Customer to agree on an adjusted scope or an additional payment before proceeding with any work outside the originally selected budget.
-
The Customer first must register an active account to make an order and complete the checkout process.
-
If the Customer cannot find a standard package that meets their specific requirements, they may submit a custom request to the Service Provider. Following communication and agreement on the scope, timelines, and pricing (via email), the Service Provider shall generate a custom offer and make it available within the Customer’s registered account. The Service Provider will commence execution of the Service only after the Customer has accepted the custom offer and completed the payment process at checkout.
-
The scope, timelines and specific details of each Service shall be determined based on the nature of the Customer’s request. Standard execution timelines are set out in Section 2.8, unless otherwise agreed with the Customer.
-
The Services are provided in digital format and are not delivered instantly upon order confirmation.
-
The Customer acknowledges that the Services involve custom work and therefore require time for execution.
-
The execution of an order shall generally take from 7 to 30 business days, depending on the complexity and scope of the project. In the case of more complex projects, the execution timeframe may be extended and agreed individually with the Customer.
-
Upon completion of the order, the Customer shall receive a notification via email. The final deliverables shall be provided via email and/or made available via a link provided in the email.
-
If the final deliverables exceed standard file size limitations, the Company may provide access to the files via a secure cloud storage solution.
-
The Service shall be deemed delivered once the final Content has been sent to the Customer via email or made available via a link or through the Customer’s account on the Website, regardless of whether the Customer accesses or downloads the Content.
-
-
SERVICE LIMITATIONS
-
The use of the Services is prohibited for individuals under 18 years of age. By using the Services, the Customer confirms compliance with these requirements. The Service Provider may request additional verification where reasonably necessary.
-
The Customer agrees to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
-
The Customer shall be solely responsible for ensuring that the use of the Content complies with applicable laws, third-party rights, and platform requirements where such Content is used or implemented.
-
The Service Provider does not guarantee that the Services will be available in all jurisdictions. Access to the Services may be restricted in certain countries in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, or internal policies.
-
The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate the provision of Services at its sole discretion, including in cases where:
- The Customer provides inaccurate or incomplete information;
- There are reasonable grounds to believe that the Services are being used for unlawful or prohibited purposes;
- The Customer is located in or connected to Restricted Countries;
- The requested Service falls outside the scope of the Service Provider’s business or risk acceptance criteria.
-
The Customer shall be responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information necessary for the provision of the Services.
-
-
THE CONTENT
-
The Service Provider assigns to you all rights necessary to use the Content, provided that you have made the respective payment and the Service has been delivered in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. This means that you can use the Content for any purpose, including commercial purposes, as long as you follow these Terms and Conditions. You are responsible for ensuring that the Content does not violate any laws or these Terms and Conditions.
-
The Service Provider may use the Content to maintain and offer the Services, comply with applicable laws, and enforce our policies. We may use the Content and its derivatives to improve our Services.

-
ORDER LIMITATIONS AND CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
-
The Service Provider reserves the right to reject, limit, or cancel any order at its sole discretion. Because our digital services require a custom allocation of time, personnel, and resources, we may limit the volume of active projects or concurrent orders placed by a single Customer account, payment method, or billing address to ensure quality and manage our team’s capacity. In the event that we must change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email address or billing information provided during the order placement process. Unless explicitly agreed upon in a separate B2B or agency partnership agreement, purchasing our Services for the purpose of unauthorized reselling, white-labeling, or subcontracting to third parties is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to cancel any orders we suspect are placed for these purposes.
-
It is your responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date information for all orders made on our Website, including complete purchase and account details. You should also ensure that your account information, such as email address and payment card information, is promptly updated to avoid any issues with transactions or communication.
-
The Service Provider reserves the right to verify Customer information, such as through the submission of proper documentation like an identification document, payment information, or alternative contact information. This verification process may commence upon the request of the Service Provider and the required documentation must be submitted within three (3) business days. Failure to provide the requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the suspension or termination of your account, as well as the cancellation of any pending orders.
-
-
FEES AND PAYMENT
-
All transactions for Services on the Website are processed in the euro (EUR), British pound sterling (GBP), and Australian dollar (AUD) as the primary currencies. Based on your geographical location and selected payment processor, you may have the option to pay in local currencies at checkout. If you choose to pay in other currency, our payment provider will automatically process the conversion using their current exchange rates. Be aware that your financial institution or payment card issuer may charge separate foreign transaction or currency exchange fees.
-
The respective amount will be debited from your payment card at the moment you place your order and receive order confirmation. The execution of the Service will begin after payment confirmation.
-
Your financial details are not stored by the Company. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers in accordance with applicable security standards.
-
Additional fees may be charged by the Customer’s bank or payment provider. Such fees are the responsibility of the Customer.
-
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided for orders on our Website is accurate and current, including complete purchase and account details. Please update your account information, such as email address and payment card details, promptly to avoid issues with transactions or communications.

-
Under no circumstances shall the total liability of the Service Provider, its affiliates, agents, directors, employees, suppliers, or licensors exceed the amount paid to the Service Provider or its affiliates by the respective Customer. The Customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. The Customer must notify the Service Provider immediately of any unauthorized use of their account.
-
You agree to defend and hold the Website, the Service Provider and its owners and employees harmless from any claims or demands made by a third party due to your breach of these Terms and Conditions or any terms referenced, or your violation of any laws or rights of a third party. If legal action is taken to enforce the terms of these Terms and Conditions, the Service Provider shall be entitled to recover all costs and fees related to the legal action, in addition to any other compensation granted by the court, if it is determined by a final verdict of a competent court that the Service Provider is the prevailing party.
-
-
TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION OF SERVICES
-
Termination. You may close your account and stop using the Website, the Content or any other Services at any time. The Service Provider may also terminate or suspend your access to the Website, the Content or any other Services if you do not comply with these Terms and Conditions or if the Service Provider is investigating suspected misconduct.
-
Effect of Termination. Upon termination, you will lose the right to access or use the Services. The paid-up Content shall remain the property of the Customer. The Service Provider may also delete your account data as part of its data retention policy.
